3. Create an Announcement

What is an announcement?

It’s the spot to let Alhambra know you’re looking for a lost dog. It’s a place to post an obituary. It’s the spot to let people know you’re looking for volunteers. It’s a place to let Alhambra residents know about the new jazz workshop you’re launching with an international star.

An announcement is not:

It’s not the place to let us know about your ongoing weekly salsa class, happy hour, or church service. It’s not the spot to let us know your kid made it to the honor roll.

It’s sometimes a murky line. That’s why we’ve got a team of community contributors who are here to approve – or reject — announcements.
