Suspect remains at large in Alhambra road rage stabbing case

Alhambra Police are still investigating what they believe was a violent case of road rage, which resulted in a stabbing.

The attack took place around 7 p.m. on Thursday on Fremont Avenue near Hellman Avenue, the Pasadena Star-News reports. The victim and another passenger were stopped at a red light when the suspect, who was in the car next to them, exited his vehicle and began stabbing him through the driver's side window. The suspect then returned to his car and fled the scene heading south on Fremont. The victim was taken to LA USC Medical Center, where he sustained several stab wounds to the arm and one to the face.

Police are describing the suspect as a white male in his 30s, 5 feet 5 inches and weighing around 150 pounds. He was driving a red, older model BMW.
