The Camellia Court development is back in front of the Alhambra City Council

At 7:00 pm, the Alhambra City Council will vote on a zone change and general plan amendment that will allow the Camellia Court development to go forward. The owners and developer are expected to present their final plans to the City Council.

There will also be a presentation for moving Alhambra’s Lunar New Year celebration from Valley Boulevard to Main Street. The consent agenda includes approval of appointees to city commissions and approval of Measure M funds for street improvements, traffic controls and public transport.

The Council will also have a special meeting at 5:00 pm and will have regular closed session at 5:30.
