Second woman claims she was molested by former Alhambra High School administrator

A second woman is claiming she was sexually abused by a former Alhambra High School administrator, KABC reports. Riverside police said she contacted them after seeing a video of a woman alleging that former AHS Assistant Principal Andrea Cardosa sexually abused her when she was a teacher at Chemawa Middle School in Riverside.

Jamie Carillo, 28, posted Friday the YouTube video of what appears to be a phone call with Cardosa, during which she confronts the former administrator about their alleged sexual relationshipThe woman on the phone did not deny the allegations. Cardosa resigned Friday after the video was posted, according to school officials.

"The Alhambra High School administrator was interviewed on Jan. 17, 2014, and at the conclusion of that interview the Alhambra High School administrator, who had only worked in the Alhambra District for less than four months, tendered her resignation," said a written statement from AHS Principal Duane Russell.

School administrators received Friday an email with a link to the video and immediately forwarded the link to the Alhambra Police Department, according to Alhambra PD Sgt. Jerry Johnson. After a preliminary investigation, Alhambra police turned the case over to investigators in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, where the alleged acts took place.

Cardosa has not been charged with any crimes, according to KABC.
