Alhambra city council is sooo quick approving more and more developments – yet they are sooo far behind in trying to do activities that can promote healthy-living neighborhoods such as providing bicycle lanes or dog parks, which are still being “studied(?)”
Re: San Gabriel bike plan – At least San Gabriel has a plan. Alhambra wants you to pay $1 to obtain a license just to ride a bike (who else does that?). Not like this city wants anybody to actually ridge a bike; there aren’t any bike lanes here.
