The Alhambra City Council will be holding a monthly review of the city’s Strategic Plan this Monday at the Council Chambers. The plan includes reaching out to bio-med and tech industry firms to bring jobs to the city, the Alhambra "unbeautiful" letter, and the banning of donation bins.
Staff will be looking for the Council’s approval to establish a Special Projects Revenue and Expenditure Account to reserve the deposits received from new and future building projects and to charge expenditure for services provided for each individual project. This fund will offset the cost needed for environmental reviews and expedited plan checks for developments approved by the city.
City Council usually meets every second and fourth Monday of the month at 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. at City Hall. Read the complete agenda below. You can also download the document or make it larger using the controls on the bottom.
