New seafood and noodle restaurants on Valley

The menu includes specialties like black cod, lobster, and raw shrimp — and is already gathering some good reviews on Yelp.

Another change on Valley that Chowhound users report is that Kim Kee Noodle House, a Chinese restaurant owned by the popular Noodle Cafe in Monterey Park, is replacing Shanghai Village on 1281 E Valley Blvd.
