Meet Cadbury at the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society

Alhambra Source partnered with the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society for a weekly column, "Pet of the Week." Every week we'll introduce you to a new animal looking for a home. This week's pet is Cadbury, a domestic short hair tabby. Read more about Cadbury below!

Name: Cadbury
ID: 18653
Gender: Male
Breed: Domestic short hair
Age:1 year
Weight: 7 pounds
Fur: Gray and white

Cadbury is a handsome gray and white tabby teen. While he enjoys being petted, he can initially be shy until he meets you. He shines as an entertainer and the way to his heart will be through play. He is a good natured soul that bounces around after toys and goes in and out of paper bags and boxes. When given the chance, Cadbury shows how clever he is by stealing toys from the girls' side housed next to him.  He shows off his athleticism by chasing the red laser dot up the walls.

Cadbury gets along well with the other young cats at the shelter, and would probably do well either alone or in a multi-cat home. He will be a great companion to his forever family. His adoption fee is $99, which includes neuter surgery, a microchip, first vaccinations and a free wellness check-up at a participating veterinarian. Feel free to call us at (626) 286-1159 for more information on Cadbury.

The San Gabriel Valley Humane Society is located at 851 E. Grand Avenue in San Gabriel. We are off San Gabriel Blvd, north of Mission and south of Las Tunas Drive. To arrange a "Meet and Greet" with Cadbury, please stop by any time from 10:30am to 4:30pm Tuesday through Sunday. See our website at www.sgvhumane.org for information and photos of all our wonderful pets.

  1. What a cutie! I would take Cadbury home in a minute, but I already have more than enough cats. They are wonderful, low maintenance pets!
