Alhambra was recently named one of the 100 best places to live in the United States by Livability.com, a website that ranked quality of life in small and mid-sized cities. Coming in at number 21, Alhambra was also among the top five California cities to rank nationally, behind Palo Alto, Berkeley, Santa Clara, and Pasadena. Alhambra scored particularly high in the areas of health care, education, and demographics.
