Staff members at a Montery Park polling booth at the United Methodist Church provided bilingual instructions in Chinese and English to assist voters, according to the China Press. "There are quite a few voters this year. Chinese Americans have been coming in to vote since eight in the morning. Although I didn't see a crowd, it is not bad. They come in as long as they have time," said Mr. Cai, a staff member who provided service in Chinese. The station received 90 votes by 11:40 am, and some of them were from young Chinese Americans who had just turned voting age.
