A Chinese victim, Wang, was physically attacked by a group of youths at the intersection of Main Street and Raymond Avenue at around 11 p.m. on Oct. 24. Two police officers arrived and pulled Wang away, but, according to Wang, they told the perpetrators to leave after talking to them, the China Press is reporting. Wang, bleeding, attempted to free himself from the officers and tried to reason with his limited English skills. Wang's medical record shows that he has a broken nose from the attack.
