Few people are aware that Alhambra city law requires all bikers to obtain licenses. Violators, including nonresident passersby, are subjected to a fine of $5. Fortunately the registration process is not too difficult. As suggested by local police officer Brandon Cardella, after filling out the vehicle’s basic information on a form and paying a $1 fee at the city hall, bikers will obtain a license that allows them to bike legally in Alhambra.
