The Alhambra Planning Commission will be considering the demolition of a 1923 historic five-unit bungalow court on Marguerita Avenue and a 1908 historic Craftsman home on Curtis Avenue to make way for a condo development.

Please email the Planning Commission to voice your concerns about the proposed project, which will increase density, demolish affordable housing, displace families, increase traffic, reduce green space and trees, and destroy historic architecture which makes Alhambra unique. Mail your comments to Paul Lam at [email protected]
