Join us as we remember Giana and Kobe Bryant at our 1st Annual Mamba/Mambacita Day at Park School.

This event is a school wide morning assembly that will be open to our students, staff, families and community members. Activities include:

    • Each homeroom will receive either a black, gold, or purple basketball
    • Kobe Bryant book distribution to each homeroom
    • At 8:24 a.m. we will have 8 seconds of silence
    • Students will read their personal messages of how Kobe has inspired them through his Mamba Mentality
    • We will encourage all students, staff, and families to wear black, gold, purple and/or Laker gear

  1. Also, “school wide morning assembly”? With the arrival of COVID-19 (coronavirus) locally (officials today announced a case in Pasadena) is this wise?

  2. Not an appropriate use of “school” time.
