Chocolate lovers, en garde! The Original and Premier Artisan Chocolate event in Southern California returns with the 11th Annual LA CHOCOLATE SALON on October 1, 2017.
Chocolate aficionados, fanatics, lovers and addicts can taste & experience the finest in artisan, gourmet & premium chocolate in one of the world’s great culinary metropolitan areas.

Speakers and presenters include Craft Chocolate Expert Jessica Ferraro, Nguyen Tran of Starry Kitchen who will be discussing and signing his new book “Adventures in Starry Kitchen”, Défoncé Chocolatier which will be doing a first-ever presentation about their creation of chocolate edibles and the future of premium artisan chocolates in the world of edibles post California Prop 64, a chocolate-themed swimwear trunk show presented by LA-based Drip Swimwear, and a new AR (Augmented Reality) experience.
Salon highlights include chocolate tasting, chef & author talks, wine tasting and ongoing interviews by TasteTV’s Chocolate Television program. (Salon Entry includes all chocolate & confection tastings, etc.).
