Alhambra Unified School District high school students! Learn How To Not Be Broke!

This free workshop will teach you how not to be broke. Period. If you like empty pockets, do not attend. It introduces college-bound students to the general principles of managing their finances. It will empower students to ‘own’ and take responsibility for their education financially and also provide students the opportunity to practice critical thinking skills. Students will learn three basic things about money. How to get it, how to save it, and how to spend it. There will be cash prizes, $200 textbook scholarships, and catered lunch.

With special guest speaker Adele Andrade-Stadler, Mayor of Alhambra.
