Twohey’s countdown to closing in Alhambra

Amid the pageantry of live entertainment, a colorful balloon arch, a marriage affiant, a wedding cake with the famous face of Little Stinko, topped off by a signature an ice cream sundae bar, Twohey’s Restaurant Alhambra owners and long time Twohey’s patrons Fred and Margaret Padilla’s invite the public to join the Padillas as they partake in a special vow renewal ceremony. The long time San Gabriel residents will reaffirm their wedding vows with family and friends at the landmark Twohey’s Restaurant Alhambra in the Roses Room in celebration of their 43rd wedding anniversary and the closing of the iconic restaurant (All Good Things Are Worth the Wait!)

The restaurant first opened in 1943 and has been operating at its present location in Alhambra since 1951. The couple wished to commemorate their special anniversary at a place they frequently visited when they first dated.
