Critical missing person found in Alhambra *Updated

Police reported Chi Kim Truong was found. A man who identfied himself as her brother wrote:

she is my sister.you should see the amount of police team in Alhambra,all the police officers including parking enforcer officer. The whole task force spread out through the area and went look for her since the morning till dawn.i even driving around the area, i saw them all over the place, walking around store to store, house by house.My heart go to these men and women, what a team work.my great thanks to all.my sister was found 9-10 blocks away (big blocks) around 10:30pm, same day.Again, thanks to all officers and people in the neighbor spread out and looked for her all day long.

A mentally handicapped 51-year-old Vietnamese woman is missing.Chi Kim Truong is 4'1'', 85lbs with black hair, black eyes, and a clear complexion.  She was last seen at her home in the 600 block of Meridian Avenue in Alhambra the morning of January 31 wearing grey pants, a grey short sleeve shirt, and blue slippers. She does not speak English. 

If you see a person matching the description of Chi Kim Truong, Alhambra Police Department is requesting that you call them immediately at (626) 570-5151 or 911.
