Crimes reported and traffic accidents in Alhambra: April 3 to April 9

The map tracks crimes reported and traffic accidents from April 3 to April 9, according to Alhambra Police Department records.

Police are still investigating a string of robberies linked to a Hispanic man who targets women pulling into their driveways at night. Investigators believe that he has struck eight times in Alhambra since mid-March, and has been associated with robberies in Monterey Park, San Gabriel and South Pasadena. According to Sergeant Joe Flanagan of the Alhambra Police Department, no suspects have been detained, nor have there been any leads. Residents are urged to be careful as they return home at night, and to report suspicious activty to the police department.
