Cal State L.A. officials evacuated students and staff Thursday around noon after receiving a bomb threat, KPCC reports. Police say a bomb squad has found nothing and that the search concluded around 2:30 p.m.

Drivers in the surrounding area have been stuck in heavy traffic since the evacuation, and Alhambra Police Department is on the scene to help direct cars, according to Sgt. Jerry Johnson. Hellman Avenue near the 710 Freeway is currently closed until the campus re-opens.
