“Yoga plays an important role in maintaining overall health and stress reduction as part of a regular exercise regimen,”said Noori. “We’re thankful for what First Responders do for all of us.”
First Responders will be a one-hour-long, level 1 class, held every Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. beginning January 15. For more information or to register, please call Yoga House at 626-403-3961.
