Missing 48-year-old man in need of medical care


Alhambra Police Department

On December 5, 2010, at approximately 09:57 am, the Alhambra Police Department received information concerning a missing adult. Care taker reported the missing adult was last seen leaving to go have lunch in Los Angeles with family. The missing person’s name is Ernesto Joseph Gandara. He is described as a male Hispanic, 48 year of age, 5’9”, 198 lbs., with gray short hair, brown eyes, heavy build, and mustache.  The subject was last seen wearing a blue jacket “Los Angeles”, gray t-shirt, gray pants and prescription glasses.  He possibly has a tattoo of his mother on his forearm. He is currently under medical care and requires medication.

The Alhambra Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in attempting to locate this person.
