Holiday Home Decorating Contest 2018


Alhambra , CA United States

Alhambra, CA — October 29, 2018 — The City of Alhambra welcomes its
residents to participate in its annual Holiday Home Decorating Contest for 2018.
Show off your holiday spirit! Alhambra residents are invited to join the contest by
submitting an application form and of course, decorating their homes. The contest
will be judged for the most creative and uniquely decorated homes in our
community. Five homes will be chosen as the winners.
Contest Rules:
*Apply between November 1st, 2018 – December 4th, 2018

*Contest is limited to what can be seen from the street side of the house at night.
*Participants are requested to keep their houses decorated through January 7th, 2019 so that the community can enjoy them.
*Judging will take place between December 5th and December 7th from 6 p.m. to
9:00 p.m.
*Please have your decorations ON no later than 6:00 p.m.
*Winners will receive a special visit the night of December 14th.

*Winners will be invited to a city council meeting to receive a special proclamation
Contest entry forms will be available at City Hall, Alhambra Park Office,
Alhambra Civic Library, Almansor Park Office and Joslyn Adult Center. For more
information, please call (626) 570-3242, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
