FEM DEFEND LLC, Self-Defense Training for Women helps save lives by motivating and empowering women to take their personal safety seriously. In a world of unfortunate realities, it’s better to know something than nothing at all!  
 
Expanding into the SGV from Burbank, FEM DEFEND is coming soon to The FIT FACTOR (located at 38 W. Main St. in Alhambra) and is pleased to announce open enrollment for 'DEFEND in DECEMBER' WORKSHOPS;  jam-packed 2-hr workshops scheduled for Saturday 12/8, 12/15, 12/22 and 12/29 from 1p-3p. Workshops provide an amazing opportunity to learn stances, kicks, blocks, strikes/punches, take-downs, grab-hold escapes, counter-attacks, tips and more!  Each workshop holds the same curriculum. Choose a date that ‘works’ for you!  Ages: 13 +. 
Investment: $70 per person. Bring water. Gym attire. Must RSVP!
 
FEM DEFEND offers 2-hr jam-packed workshops, 5-hr and 10-hr progressive classes, corporate on-site LUNCH & LEARNS and holiday Gift Certificates.  All instruction is taught to women by a woman in a safe and comfortable environment.
