Charter Debuts New Cable Store for Alhambra Customers

748 E. Valley Blvd.
Alhambra , CA United States

Charter Communications is celebrating the grand opening of a new state-of the-art retail store located in Alhambra, California.

The 2,500 sq. ft. store, located at 748 E. Valley Blvd. in the front of The Marketplace shopping center, contains multiple devices including tablets, laptop computers and three large-screen televisions that enable customers to experience the latest Charter services.

“The new store was designed with the customer in mind,” said Pattie Eliason, vice president of Charter Stores and retail partners. “People that come in will not wait in a traditional line. Rather, customers can browse and interact with an assortment of products. Our representatives will show customers the latest advances in technology, help them become familiar with using it, and put together just the right package of Charter services for their home and family."

Customers are invited to celebrate the grand opening of the new Charter Store on Monday, March 10. Prizes and refreshments will be available throughout the day.

The new store features an open-floor setting with a new sleek, modern design. Five customer service stations are available as well as a private consultation room.

The store will serve as a retail destination for customers. It replaces a previous store located at the rear of the same shopping center. By moving to the front of the facility, the Charter Store is now more easily accessible to the community.

The new store is open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays.

Customers can sign up for new services, learn about Charter’s move to an all-digital network in Southern California, pay their bill or pick-up/drop-off equipment.

The store’s staff includes bilingual associates to better serve community members who speak Mandarin and Cantonese.

"Charter’s new store location makes it easier for customers to do business with us,” added Eliason.
