Candidate forum hosted by League of Women Voters and Soroptimist International

Alhambra , CA United StatesSoroptimist International of Alhambra, San Gabriel, San Marino (SIA) is proud to co-sponsor with the League of Women Voters (LWV) the “Alhambra City Council Candidates Forum” to be held on Thursday, October 4th at Almansor Court at 7:00 PM.
For just shy of 100 years, the LWV has provided a nonpartisan view of political issues, neither supporting nor opposing candidates or political parties at any level of government. SIA is an international service organization that provides service programs to educate and empower women and girls through their Dream Programs. They remain nonpartisan in local issues and do not endorse any candidate in the upcoming run for Alhambra City Council.
Every City Council candidate has been invited to participate in the forum. At the time of this writing five candidates have confirmed their participation. They are (in alphabetical order): Adele Andrade-Stadler, Suzi Dunkel-Soto, Katherine Lee, Andrea Lofthouse-Quesada, Dr. Laura Tellez Gagliano.
