Become a Habitat Homeowner!

Looking to become a first-time homebuyer, but finding the San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles County unaffordable? This is the program for you! From now until Monday March 9th at 5:00, you can apply to become a homeowner through San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity’s affordable Homeownership Program.

San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity helps families in need of affordable housing build and purchase their own home in Northeast Los Angeles, Glendale, Pasadena, and San Gabriel Valley.

This limited-time application period is open to all individuals interested in achieving their dream of homeownership. Qualified applicants partner with us and are required to help build their own home and take homebuyer education courses as part of the program. Home location is not guaranteed, but will be within our service area.

To learn more, please attend one of the information meetings held throughout the San Gabriel Valley. Applications and more information such as income requirements can be found on our website at sgvhabitat.org. All applications can be submitted by email, regular mail or in-person before 5:00 pm on March 9th.
