Alhambra police seek public's help in finding missing resident

The Alhambra Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating missing resident Miguel Garzon. Garzon, 78, was last seen Sunday at his home on the 400 block of North Vega Street, according to the Alhambra Police Department.

"Garzon is classified as a 'critical missing' due to his state of mind and his need for daily medication," Sgt. Jerry Johnson wrote in a Wednesday press release from the police department. "He recently expressed interest in going to Mexico and may be seeking a way to get there."

Garzon is Hispanic, 5'7", 175 lbs, and has gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, brown plaid shirt, tan pants, and his prescription glasses. He may also be wearing a personal identification bracelet.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Alhambra Police Department at (626) 570-5151 and refer to case number 14-0242.
