Alhambra Latino Association hosts Tijuana artists

The Alhambra Latino Association and the San Gabriel Fine Arts Association are hosting Grupo Deambulatorio, an exhibition featuring Mexican art. Participating Tijuana visual artists share artwork that celebrates identity, multiculturalism, and intimacy. The artwork has been on display at the Mexican Consulate and opens in San Gabriel on Friday.

The exhibit will be on display at the San Gabriel Fine Arts Association's Glass Room Gallery from May 24 to June 23, with a free opening reception and art sale May 31 from 5-8 p.m. Click here for more information.

The Alhambra Latino Association is a group of community members and parent volunteers who aim to improve Latino education and cultural awareness in Alhambra.
