A few burns from an Alhambra garage fire

1028 S. 2nd Street
Alhambra , CA United States

A garage fire broke out Thursday afternoon on the 1000 block of 2nd Street. One person was treated on the scene for minor burns, said Alhambra Assistant Fire Chief Ray Mosack. The fire broke out around 2:25 p.m. at 1028 S. 2nd St. at a fully detached garage, which, according to Mosack, was somewhat crowded and may have been the cause of the fire. A number of fire companies responded to the call and approached the fire from the southeast side of 2nd St. with an aggressive attack and it was contained quickly.
