Hop Woo to Sea Dragon; CB After Dark to Rabbit Hole?

Some of the newest additions to the ongoing restaurant flux in Alhambra and Monterey Park, with some help from Tony Chen's Meanwhile, in SGV column on Eater LA.

- CB After Dark (pictured right) has closed and will apparently reopen as the Rabbit Hole Bar. 24 W Main St, Alhambra.

- Hop Woo has closed down and will soon become The Sea Dragon, which promises to be "one of the best modern Chinese bistro in the heart of Alhambra." 1 W Main St, Alhambra.

- O My Yogurt has closed down after being the scene of an assault and kidnapping in August of last year. It is now open as the Kung Fu Tea Bar. 2215 S Atlantic Blvd, Monterey Park.

In the past, we went to Hop Woo quite often and it was crowded....until the food quality went down.

I hope the new place, Sea Dragon does things right. The location is one of the best in the city being on Garfield and Main right across from the theatre.

Main street will have even more eateries in the coming years, so the competition will be tough, which of course is good for us customers.
