Candidates Forum for 49th State Assembly District

Dr. Matthew Lin and Edwin "Ed" Chau, candidates for the 49th State Assembly District, will speak at a forum Wednesday evening in Alhambra. Key issues included in both candidates' platforms include the economy, job growth, and education. Lin (R) and Chau (D) will be discussing their positions on these issues, as well as a number of others affecting the newly drawn 49th District, which includes Alhambra, Glendora, Monterey Park, Rosemead, San Marino, and parts of San Gabriel and El Monte.
The forum will take place at The Alhambra, Building A-7, from 6 to 7:30pm. The building is located at 1000 South Fremont Avenue, and parking is available at the adjacent L.A. Fitness. No RSVP required. For more information, please call the Alhambra Chamber at (626) 282-8481.
