California Arts Association member and art educator Zuo Fu will hold a personal painting exhibition in his studio in Alhambra on 16th.
Zuo Fu has remained his unique painting style since he came to the U.S. in 1990. He adopts European classic shadow technique with contrasting Californian bright color. He also uses Chinese calligraphy’s rhyme and sculpture’s force in the presentation of his art. California Arts Association chairman Peter Adams comments that Zuo’s paintings possess both the precision of classic and innovation in notion.
