Congratulations Hugo Velasco for your participation!
Hugo Velasco an Alhambra Ca. resident is an artist whose art is inspired primarily by his wife and family. He is passionate about life and, although hearing impaired, enjoys helping his community especially children. Hugo’s commitment to hard work serves as a great role model for all people, not just those with disabilities. As Hugo says, “Do …not give up and believe in yourself’ – his words will always be a great inspiration for the Academy of Special Dreams.
Hugo Velasco created this beautiful abstract art. The colors, papers, paints and all material used, were donated by 6 different families in California and Mexico. The colors symbolize culture and family traditions.
