On June 3, 2012, 5-8pm, Downtown Alhambra Business Association will present its 10th annual “Taste of Alhambra”, food, wine and music festival, in Downtown Alhambra in S. Second St., between Main and Commonwealth. This event is the largest and most colorful event held in Downtown Alhambra, with more than 1,300 in attendance at 2011’s festival.
The festival will feature many of Alhambra’s finest restaurants, great wineries, and an impressive variety of beers. A stage will feature entertainment and dancing all evening long. In 2011, the Taste of Alhambra partnered with the Alhambra Educational Foundation raising over $25,000. This year Taste of Alhambra will continue to work with Alhambra Educational Foundation to raise needed funds to enhance the technology at our schools.
Tickets are $45/person presale; $55 day of the event. Tickets can be purchased at the AEF office located at 1515 West Mission Road, Akhambra, CA 91803. Phone: (626) 943-3080. Office hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Closed on Fridays. Please visit www.aef4kids.com for more information.
